| It's been awhile. I am currently thinking about getting chickens and building a "chicken tractor". Organic eggs and improved soil for the garden always good. Happy day. |

| Returning from Santa Fe I now have an increased distaste for many many things that occure in Oklahoma. Santa Fe was a breath of fresh air both literally and metaphoricly. I feel so culturally and creatively energized. Not only is Santa Fe the most dog friendly place I have ever been it is the most environmental and health conscious place. I certainly recommend at least a visit. |

| Swallow simple self defiant we are our own worst enemy,... our only true enemy. Insecurity is only that which our minds eyes perceive. Wallow and swallow every gulp of misery found in such lust for perfection. Never can we be satisfied till we are satisfied in being unsatisfactory which is satisfactory. Anticipation and yearning propagate discontent. All possible out comes weigh no different and have no negative when one stops trying to control and manipulate the entirety of ones life. Life is to be lived not squandered for jejune concepts of satisfaction and perfection. Contentment and freedom come through relinquishing the idea of inadequacy. |
